Care instructions
It can be cleaned in the washing machine or in the top rack of the dishwasher                                      
To sterilize boil or microwave (when damp) for one minute                 
Hang over the faucet or lay flat to air dry. Do not tumble dry
Squeeze out excess moisture after use. Do not wring out, to keep shape
Be careful when cleaning knives, as this may cut the cloth

It is 100% natural , just throw in the compost at it's life end
